Once you’ve found what you’re looking for, creating an order on Rooser is simple.

1. Click on the Buy button to open the order options
2. Enter the number of boxes you wish to purchase
3. Click Buy again

Your order will then be marked on the marketplace listing and will be added to Your orders.

Requesting a price

For all products not offered with a bulk discount you have the option to request a different price if the one listed isn’t suitable. This option is visible once the product item has been clicked on to expand the buy options.

To request a different price, simply click on the Request a price text, add the number of boxes you wish to purchase, and enter a new amount into the ‘Price per KG’ field. 

Once you hit the Request price button, the supplier will be notified and can choose whether or not to proceed at your requested price.

In the meantime, a note is put on the item showing your request, and the product listing is added to Your orders for reference.
