When you login to your Rooser account you’ll automatically arrive on our Marketplace homepage. This is where you’ll find a list of all products (SKUs) that are currently available for purchase.
Let’s take a closer look at this and the other pages available to you in your account. These can all be accessed via the navigation bar at the top of your screen.

Use the search and filter options at the top of the page to narrow down the options you see, or simply scroll down to view everything that’s on offer.
Each listing includes details of the product on offer, the quality grading, delivery timeframe, available quantity, and price.
Beneath the item listing you’ll find details including where the product was caught, the weight, type, and the fishing method used.
Suppliers that have shipped a sufficient number of orders through Rooser will have an accuracy score beside them. This percentage score tells you how accurate their submitted quality gradings and weights have been compared with our assessments.

Your preferences are the product SKUs you tell us you’re interested in. Once these have been selected, you’ll have the option to set these as your default filter on your marketplace homepage, and we’ll be able to communicate relevant offers with you so you can be sure you’re getting the best deals.
This is where you’ll find details of the orders you’ve placed on Rooser, ordered by delivery date. As with the marketplace listings, you can view the product details, supplier, grade, as well as the quantity purchased, total price paid, and order number.
Your invoices page is where you can find the payment invoices for your purchases.
Each entry includes a status (type) so you know which ones you’ve paid and which are still outstanding. To view the full order and payment details simply click the Open button on the right side to download the invoice.
