Each sale you make, whether via your active marketplace offers or Live Market demands you accept, will be posted on the Dispatch page of your account and need actioning.
Every order has two actions to complete (buttons to click at the appropriate time).
1). Mark as seen
Click this when you see the order so we know you’re aware of it.
This button will be available on your account Dispatch page, as well as the new order notification you receive via WhatsApp and email.
You only need to click the button once, on any of these options.
2). Confirm dispatch
Click this once the order has been shipped.
This button will be available on your account Dispatch page, and on a WhatsApp notification summarising all your dispatches for that day.
Confirming these actions in bulk
“Mark as seen” and “Confirm dispatch” can be actioned in bulk for all orders on a given day/dispatch on your account Dispatch page.
At the top of the page you’ll find a button that says “Mark all as seen” or “Confirm all dispatches”, depending on the current status of orders.
Dispatches can also be confirmed in bulk via WhatsApp by clicking “Confirm all” on the daily dispatch summary message you receive.
Why are these important?
These actions let us know that the customer’s order is being fulfilled and will be received on time and in full - it’s one of the key ways we help to deliver certainty to customers so they can be confident each time they make a purchase on Rooser.
