Each time you make a sale from your active marketplace offers, you will be notified via WhatsApp and email.
The notification includes details of the product sold, quantity ordered, and dispatch date.
Both the WhatsApp message and email notification you receive include a button to “Mark as seen”. This button is also available on the Dispatch page of your Rooser account, where the new order is listed.
Please click the “Mark as seen” button in one of these places for each order you receive. This lets us know that you’ve seen the order and are processing it so we know the buyer can expect to receive their goods.
