You’ll receive several types of notifications from Rooser as part of your use of the platform.
1). Order notifications
Each time you make a sale on the marketplace, you’ll be notified via WhatsApp and email.
The message will include details of the order including product, quantity, grade, and purchase price /kg, and includes a button to acknowledge you've seen the order. This informs us that you have seen it so we know it is being fulfilled for the customer.
You’ll also receive a dispatch notification (only via WhatsApp) each day you have orders to dispatch with a button asking you to "confirm all" orders that you were due to ship that day.

2). Live Market activities
You’ll receive a WhatsApp notification each time a new request for product is posted on our Live Market that matches a product you currently have listed in the marketplace or have sold in the past.
3). Service messaging
We’ll communicate updates on our platform, service, and marketplace opportunities with you via WhatsApp and/or email.
In addition, you will also receive personal communications from our Supply Account Management team.
