When you login to your Rooser account you’ll automatically arrive on your Offers homepage. This is where you’ll see a list of all products (SKUs) you’ve added onto the marketplace. If you have any live listings for the day, these will appear at the top.

Let’s take a closer look at this and the other pages available to you in your account. These can all be accessed via the navigation bar at the top of your screen.

Offers

Your Offers page is where you’ll find all the products (SKUs) you’ve added to your account and is divided into two sections.

At the top you will find all your active offers currently being listed in the marketplace.

You can edit the quantity and price of each individual offer by clicking the listing, as well as create promotional volume offers i.e. bulk discounts.

You will also find tabs for upcoming days at the top, so you can manage your listings ahead of time.

Offers can be copied across from one day to the next so you don’t need to re-enter information each time.

Further down your Offers page you’ll find any other products you’ve added to your account that don’t currently have a live listing.

Here you can add the quantity and price, and an optional batch number, and then at the bottom of the screen, click to create the listing, choosing whether or not to share it with your contacts at the same time.

Sales

Your Sales page shows what you’ve sold on the marketplace, filtered by day matching your offer listings.

On each day you’ve received sales, you can scroll down your day’s listings to see the quantity you’ve sold for each.

Alternatively, to view a breakdown of sales on your chosen day within a spreadsheet, simply click “Print sales summary” in your All sales box at the top of the page.

Dispatch

The dispatch page shows details of each order you need to ship. Orders are separated by the logistics platform they need to be sent to in Boulogne-sur-Mer and the time of dispatch. You can also print the shipment labels.

Invoices

Your invoices page lists the outstanding payment invoices you’re due from customers who have placed orders for your stock on Rooser. You can view a full list of outstanding invoices or filter to individual customers using the customer dropdown at the top.
