With our claims process you’ll only ever deal with us, so you can be confident you’ll get a consistent service and fast resolution every time.
In order for us to investigate a claim, we require all of the following:
- Description of the issue
- Photo of the product and the label
We must receive your claim, including all information listed above, by midday on the day you receive the product in order for us to resolve your issue.
