All orders placed on the Rooser marketplace are shipped straight from the supplier to our logistics hub in Boulogne-sur-Mer (BSM), before being dispatched to their final destination with the buyer.
The supplier is, in most cases, responsible for getting the goods to BSM. The buyer is responsible for managing transportation from BSM to the final destination (except when Rooser pays for the transport).
Stock is listed on Rooser by dispatch date, so you know the day it will be available in BSM for dispatch to its final destination.
As the buyer, all you need to do is let us know which transport company you use for your shipments from BSM- We’ll make sure your goods are connected to the right logistics platform in BSM and make it onto the correct truck in time for their departure each day.
What happens when a shipment arrives late into BSM from the supplier?
There are occasions when goods arrive late into BSM and consequently miss their onward connection.
When this happens we’ll let you know as soon as possible so you can decide how you wish to proceed with regard to its next dispatch.
In some cases, depending on the time of arrival, we may be able to get your goods via a different transporter so you still receive them the same day. Where possible, we make every effort to try to make this happen but we cannot guarantee it.
My order is incomplete. What should I do?
If you are missing packages on arrival and ROOSER has confirmed their preparation and delivery to your carrier, you will need to contact your logistics provider. They will check their arrival reports and work with you to resolve your issue.
