We also provide a supplier accuracy score once a certain number of orders have been fulfilled, indicating how accurately the supplier grades the quality of their product against industry benchmarks.
We ensure that all offers on our marketplace are visible to everyone. We will also keep you informed of the best deals for the fish you're most interested in based on the preferences you’ve set in your account.
Invoices are available to view within the invoices page of your account as soon as you’ve placed the order. The due date is stated on the invoice and, in most cases, is 30 days.
If your order is not received as expected, please get in touch with our support team asap via WhatsApp or email. Please include details of the issue and a photo of the product and sanitary label to support your claim.
